Káàta Refund Policy

At Káàta, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Customers may request refunds under the following conditions:

  • Item received is significantly different from the description
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item arrives damaged
  • Seller is unable to fulfill the order

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery or expected delivery date.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Káàta support team. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.

Káàta reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases involving:

  • Change of mind after successful delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • False claims or abuse of the refund system
