By accessing or using the Káàta platform, all users, vendors, and sellers agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
Prohibited Products & Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on Káàta:
- Counterfeit or fake products falsely represented as authentic branded goods
- Illegal, stolen, or unauthorized goods
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or dangerous items
- Drugs, narcotics, or regulated substances
- Fraudulent transactions or deceptive practices
- Adult or explicit content
- Hate speech, harassment, or abusive conduct
- Products or services that violate intellectual property rights
- Misleading product descriptions, pricing, or images
- Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
Product Authenticity & Representation
Sellers must accurately represent all products listed on Káàta.
Products inspired by existing styles or designs may only be listed if they are clearly described as “inspired,” “non-branded,” “generic,” or similar wording where applicable.
Sellers must not:
- Falsely advertise products as original or authentic branded goods
- Use unauthorized trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials
- Mislead customers regarding product origin, quality, or authenticity
Káàta reserves the right to remove listings or restrict accounts that violate these standards.
Seller Responsibilities
All sellers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business and contact information
- Fulfilling customer orders within stated timelines
- Maintaining honest and transparent listings
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Responding to customer complaints and disputes professionally
Platform Monitoring & Enforcement
Káàta may review, moderate, suspend, or remove listings, accounts, or transactions that pose risk to the platform, customers, or payment partners.
We reserve the right to:
- Restrict or suspend seller accounts
- Remove prohibited listings
- Delay or withhold payouts during investigations
- Cooperate with regulatory authorities or law enforcement where necessary
Violations
Violation of this policy may result in:
- Listing removal
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Refund reversals or withheld settlements
- Legal action where applicable
Káàta may update this policy periodically without prior notice.
